Mini vMac for iOS v2.6

• Added 512×384 variant of Mac II
• Requires iOS 13.4
  • Dropping 32-bit support (iOS 9) made the app smaller
• Prefer pixel-perfect scaling when display scaling filter is set to nearest
• Auto-hide iOS home indicator
• Partially fix some command-key shortcuts going to iOS instead of the emulated Mac (#45)
  • ⌘-w and most others will get passed to the emulated machine if it's running
  • ⌘-q and ⌘-h don't seem interceptable, the app doesn't receive any key events for them, but ⌘-q doesn't do anything (or maybe it does in some other configuration?), and ⌘-h will take you to the home screen
• visionOS support (only tested in simulator)
