After the selection of the customised time window just tap one time the big button in the middle of the screen to stop/pause while a long press to reset the countdown to the selecting time frame. If the swich on the bottom is set on system then a simple ring  sound will be played, instead if custom is set then you can select any audio file to be reproduced from your local storage (It can be also a recording using the voice memos native ios app). The  sound selected will be played for 5 sec before the countdown restarts again.",
