What's new in 3.2.7

Silver eye icon and matching splash, chat typography and voice/Lens polish, and llama.cpp v0.4.0. Existing generation and memory policies retained. App and share-extension entitlements verified; installer re-signing required. Physical-device model regression testing remains open.
