Massive bug fix update! Including the fix for iOS 27 devices not being able to run Geode!

Fixed iOS 27 compatibility
Fixed importing mods in JIT-Less not being signed (https://github.com/geode-sdk/ios-launcher/issues/180)
Fixed iPhone SE devices from not being able to tap the Import Certificate button on the setup
Fixed restarting not working in LiveContainer JIT-Less
Changed the "You need to update the Helper" message to explain whether the Helper was actually updated or not
Attempt to fix the "first time setup" on Enterprise Mode from reappearing (due to IPA being removed from temporary directory)
Use new release API endpoint for downloading Geode (for those who can't access github.com)
Added safe mode restarting
Added metadata information in the About section in settings
Added in settings: Open crashlogs (Opens the crashlogs folder), Download and redownload (Deletes Geode and redownloads it, usually fixing issues if geode is missing in GD)
Added custom JIT enabler
Added skipping the intro setup
