GSpotify is a modified build of the Spotify app with Premium behaviour switched on. Download the GSpotify IPA for iPhone and listen without a subscription — the same app you already know, minus the paywall.
Adverts between tracks are gone, skips are unlimited, and any track plays on demand instead of dropping you into shuffle-only mode. Everything else is untouched: your playlists, your library, your recommendations and your downloads all stay exactly where they were, because this is the official client with the restrictions removed rather than a separate music player.
