In Plague Doctor for iOS, you are responsible for more than just treating the sick. You’ll balance healing, resource gathering, base expansion, and frontline defense while the world around you falls apart. Build up your refuge, prepare remedies, and send survivors out to collect the supplies needed to keep the settlement running. At the same time, you must strengthen your defenses and organize heroes to hold the line against the Rat Swarm.
The game also adds a tactical layer beyond the sanctuary itself. You can reclaim abandoned areas, assemble hero squads, and fight for control of important territory. Success comes from smart planning: choosing who to deploy, when to expand, and how to protect your town from constant pressure.
