Released by Electronic Entertainment in April 2026, the game is set in Neon County, Japan, in 2035, after a blood-red moon left most of the population infected. Infected men lose control entirely; some women keep their minds and awaken abilities strong enough to hold a safe zone. You play Reima, taken in by a female search team, and the shelter's dilemma becomes yours — every use of those abilities deepens the corruption behind them, so the roster needs managing as carefully as the fights do.
